Sitting on branches of holly and ivy, here are four Christmas Birds, by Lesley Teare Designs. The cross stitch charts feature a Robin, a Blue tit,  a Wren and a  Goldfinch.

The format is ideal for stitching a very special Christmas card, but also for making many other Christmas projects such as coasters for instance. If you are not stitching the patterns individually you can position them in a square (for a cushion cover for instance) or in a vertical row, and hang them as a banner to decorate your house.
