What do I get when I order a pattern from Creative Poppy?
A pattern consists of several pages (usually 5 to 8) with a cover page, a photograph of the stitched design (or rendering), a black & white or color chart (as specified in the product description) and instructions.
The pattern is delivered as a .pdf file that you will be able to print out at home from a computer. Files are formatted to be printed on either standard Letter size or A4 printing paper.
How do I get my pattern?
Once payment has been processed, you will get a confirmation email and you will be able to download your files.

Privacy:
We do not share your personal information with anyone.
When opening a Creative Poppy account, you provide an email address, an invoice address and a phone number.
Secure payment:
All our payments are handled by secure encrypted servers. We do not have access to your credit card information. You are directed to a secure server as you will be able to see in the address bar showing a padlock which indicates a secure encrypted connection:

Pricing and Value added tax:
All prices of products displayed on this website exclude sales tax. If you are a resident of the European Union, 5,5% Value Added Tax will be applied to your purchase, based on your address, when you have created an account and proceed through checkout.
Currency:
You can place your order in the currency of your choice. You can switch currency at any time by selecting another currency in the top right hand corner (web) or lower section (mobile version). Transactions are carried out in the currency that is displayed when placing the order. That exact amount, in that currency, will be charged to you credit card or your Paypal account. Note: Prices are fixed in each of these currencies. Because currency rates fluctuate from day to day, there might be a slight difference between prices.
