Swallow Biscornu
CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Tiny Modernist
"One swallow does not a summer make". But rest assured, this cross stitch biscornu pillow features four of them, one in each corner. Small flowers surround them, stitched both on the front and back of the biscornu, filling the space around them.
Each year, these small migratory birds make a long trip from the South where they spend the winter, to the Northern regions where they come to nest. They are recognizable by their characteristic split tail. Their population is unfortunately decreasing. If by chance, they came to nest under your roof, do not disturb them!
A tutorial with biscornu mounting instructions is provided with the chart.
