Happy New Year! May this four-leaf clover charm bring you good health and lots of luck. Like a vintage jewel, the main clover leaf hangs in an eleborate gold medallion, surrounded by smaller ones and hanging from a copper chain.  It is part of the fun collection of retro-style hand-stitched greeting cards designed by Monique Bonnin.

The pattern is worked in cross stitch, back stitch and includes a pair of French knots. You can also substitute the French knots with seed beads.
