Card cases with flower motifs (1)
CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Gera! by Kyoko Maruoka
Designed by Kyoko Maruoko, this is the first in a series of colorful, tapestry-like patterns picturing animals and bright colored flowers on luminous backgrounds. This one features 3 motifs: a pair of rabbits, a swan and two birds.
The small patterns are designed to be finished into card-holders, which make great gifts. Included with the chart are full intructions for mounting the cards holders with double pockets inside and a little ring on the fold for clasping to a bag.
Alternatively the small pieces can be used for mounting on box covers or simply to be framed side by side.
Creative Poppy tip:
- If you've got scraps of color fabric leftover in your stash, use them now! Instead of filling the background of each design with cross stitches, leave the fabric unstitched so the color shows through.
