Take the little violin-playing angel motif (so cute!):  it has been applied to the round shaped pouch. Its cylinder shape is ideal for housing chocolates or small objects (cosmetics, small preserves, toys...) 

The Hearts and Jacquard designs have by contrast been adapted on a flat pouch model and can house a little book or any flat object.

Note: all three cross stitch designs are the same size and can therefore be adapted to either shape of pouch.
