Always full of creative ideas, Marie-Anne Rethoret-Melin has created a wonderful collection of extra cute cone-shaped Christmas ornaments that are hand-stitched and made from a single square of fabric, making them super-easy to finish. All you will need is a bit of stuffing and some gold thread for hanging. Shown here are the miniature ones, and there are a set of 3 matching larger ones, so you can create a whole collection.

The stitching combines cross stitch and backstitch and some pretty matte gold seed beads. Charts come with detailed step-by-step instructions and photos for mounting the ornaments.

The ornaments measure about 3 1/4 inch/8 cm high.

Tip: Hand stitched Christmas ornaments also make wonderful gifts.
