Penguin & Polar Bear alphabet
COUNTED CROSS STITCH CHART BY MARIA DIAZ
Aren't they cute these two friends, all alone in the ice fields?
Ideas for stitching:
- Use the letters to stitch the name of a child (see example below) a door plate, a baby bib, terry towels, Christmas stockings or a toy bag.
- Create the cutest little gift tags with the initial of the recipient
- Create table mats and napkin rings with the initials of every member of the family
The designer suggests stitching this pattern on white Aida with silver filaments, to give an effect of snow and ice in the background.
