Stitchy Princess' designer Katheryna is very fond of Baba Yaga, the legendary figure of slavic fairy tales. Here is a close-up portrait of the scary witch. The humped lady, cat riding on her back, is watching over a decoction of mushroom, boiling in a large cauldron. Perched on a pole and keeping a close eye is a blackbird. A hedgehog passes by wondering what is going on. For what usage is the mysterious liquid inside the pot?

The pattern was stitched on Zweigart Star Aida, a fabric laced with golden filaments that capture the light and provide a touch of glitter in the background, echoing the flames of the fire.
