Can I retrieve the patterns I bookmarked last time I visited the website?

Yes, by opening an account. It's free, quick and easy.
Make sure you Login to your account each time you visit Creative Poppy's website. If you bookmark patterns without login in, the list of patterns will be lost.

Can I print several copies of my patterns?

>> Yes, you can print several copies for your personal use. Find out more about what you CAN and CANNOT do with the pattern you purchase.

Can I save my patterns on my computer?

>> Yes, you can save your pattern on your computer or on a hard disk as a backup or if you want to print it later. Please make a note of your pattern-passwords as they will be needed when you open your files.

Can I share the pattern I ordered with others?

>> No. The pattern you purchase is for your personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed for free. Please read our Terms and Conditions.

I would rather not print my patterns, can I order chart packs?

Yes, we can supply a printed version to you. All you need to do is place your orders on our website and add a printing and shipping by mail service to your cart. This is valid for up to ten charts so the more patterns you order in one go, the better value. You will also of course also get immediate access to your downloadable versions. 

First time customer discount: how do I get it?

I just placed an order and forgot to use my first time customer discount. Can I use it next time I place an order?

Yes, you discount code is valid without any limitation in time. It is personal and can be used only once.

What happens if I cannot download the patterns I have paid for?

>> Contact us and we will send you the patterns by email.


I have deleted the email with my passwords. How can I open my files?

>> Contact us, stating YOUR NAME and approximate date of purchase and we will retrieve your order. Sorry, we cannot retrieve your order based on your email address only.


My computer has broken down and I have lost the patterns I had purchased previously. How can I retrieve them?

>> Log into your Creative Poppy account. We save the link for downloading your patterns for a period of two years.

Do I have to print out all the pages of my pattern?

>> No, you can print only the pages that you need for the stitching. We often provide a Color AND a Black and white chart so you can select whichever one you prefer.
You can either:
- Print pages one at a time as you view them. Do not use the print icon but the menu. Select "Print" Then "Current page" (in the print range box)
- Print a range of pages. Do not use the print icon but the menu. Select "Print" Then "Pages" (in the print range box) and enter the range of pages in this format 1-7 (for pages 1 to 7).

Can I add a Creative Poppy shortcut to my desktop?

Yes, it's easy and you can access our website instantly.
- With your mouse, make a rightclick on your desktop. Select "New" then "Shortcut".
- Paste this address in the box http://www.creativepoppypatterns.com/index.php
- Name your shortcut: Creative Poppy
- Select "Finish"
