Professional Printing and Mail Delivery Service All Creative Poppy’s patterns are printable and delivered in a downloadable format. Shipping by download is free: we deliver worldwide and almost instantly by sending you an email with a link for downloading your patterns. We do however also offer a Professional Printing Service if you would like us to mail you chart packs. There is a fixed charge (see above) to cover expenses and postage. What do I get? Chart packs professionnally printed on high quality paper and packaged in a transparent sleeve. Neatly packed in a strong flat box so they arrive in perfect condition When do I get it? Package sent by Airmail, from overseas. It should take an average of 10 business days to reach you once the order has been processed, sometimes a little more. We will let you know by email as soon as the patterns have been posted. Note: When ordering a "Printing and shipping by mail Service" you will still receive an email with a link for downloading your patterns. This can be helpful for sourcing supplies while you wait for your patterns. Simply disregard the email if you do not wish to use it. How much does it cost? One flat fee per order (see above) Price is valid for up to 10 patterns (ordered at one time) Any international destination How do I order?
