All these patterns can be stitched on natural raw linen but you might want to consider alternative color backgrounds too. There are some beautiful ranges of color linen and evenweave that will look gorgeous with white stitching.

Also worth considering: which white embrodery floss to choose? DMC for instance has 3 "whites": the standard Blanc/White, an optical White (B5200) and a lovely soft off white 3865.
