CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Tapestry Barn
A set of 8 cross stitch patterns in a colorful harmony of colors including turquoise. The chart includes the following ornament motifs: train, bauble, stocking, dove, gift pack and Christmas tree.
You can cross stitch the patterns on black Aida fabric (photo right) creating an outline of extra black fabric that highlights the patterns. For a padded effect, trim leaving an extra 1/2 margin of black fabric on top of the fabric allowance.
Alternatively the patterns can also be trimmed near the edge of the edge (photo above), but in this case either stitch on plastic Aida (which can be cut flush with the embroidery), or apply the stitched piece on felt.
