Evocative of winter and the holiday season, this decorative design is cross stitched in a soft blue / gray tone on off-white linen, with just a couple of red touches for the berries.

The cross stitching is pretty straightforward as most of it (except red berries) is stitched in a single color. It is also quite a reasonable size. If you have only ever stitched on Aida fabric and a tempted to try out stitching on linen, over two threads, here is the perfect project to get started. And the result, with the beautiful effect of cross stitch on the linen background will well be worth the effort.
