This is an easy and straightforward stitch involving only cross stitches, in three colors of embroidery floss. Make sure you pick a pretty needlework fabric, preferably linen or evenweave. The designer picked a light blue background but also suggests pink or mauve, so you can adapt the color to your home deco.

This cross stitch design calls for a simple finish, with the stitched piece either wrapped around a padded board, or inserted into a white shadow-box.
