CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Barbara Ana Designs
This cheeerful pattern is framed with a Christmas leaf and red berry border and is fitted with 9 little Christmas scenes featuring Snata Claus and Mrs Claus busy travelling back and forth among snow covered landscapes and sleepy houses.
The design is worked in cross stitch and backstitch, with a single French knot.
Fabric wise, the designer recommends stitching on Zweigart 32ct linen, in color "Dirty linen - 326" .
Once complete, it will measure 9 1/2 x 9 1/2 inch and you will be able to frame the work in a 10 inch frame (close crop) or 12 x 12".
The piece will also look gorgeous finished into a 16" x 16" cushion cover with the stitching in the center.
Tip: If you are not used to stitching on linen, you might be more comfortable stitching 14ct or 16 ct Aida, that also comes in natural colors.
