Using any softly blended muticolor embroidery floss, is like watching the colors of fall foilage change day after day, the colors change from stitch to stitch, each new cross stitch a delightful surprise.

Tam used these colors for two of her patterns, a little squirrel and 3 biscornus. We show a sample of the corresponding DMC color card so that you can see the color effect of each thread.

This pattern by Perrette Samouiloff was entirely stitched with multicolor threads, also from the DMC Color Variations range . The result is a beautiful harmony, with lively and rich colors, yet only a palette of 6 skeins was used.
