Nautical Biscornu
COUNTED CROSS STITCH CHART BY AGNES DELAGE-CALVET
Even if you are far, far away, you'll feel the fresh air coming from the sea with this delightful two sided biscornu. You can make it over a week-end and hang it on a door (guest room, bathroom....) for a touch of nautical decor. Each side has its own pattern with an anchor motif on one side and a fish motif on the other.
This monochrome pattern was stitched using DMC Color Variations floss that makes it come to life, creating subtle variations in the blue hue (we suggest stitching a cross stitch at a time, not back and forth for maximum effect).
You can cross stitch the design on a white linen background or on very pale blue linen needlework fabric. Pick a matching blue ribbon for hanging.
