This cross stitch design by Maria Diaz depicts all the little pleasures of gardening, selecting seed packs, growing herbs and fragrant lavender, gathering vegetables from ones own plot and using owne's favourite "tools of the trade". Bright geraniums feature prominently in the design, adding a sunny touch.

This design can be stitched as a whole but you can in addition use the motifs individually for decorating teatowels for instance. Or why not stitch a customized gardner's apron? It would make a beautiful gift.
