As if composed of a thousand wild flowers assembled in the shape of a heart, this little wedding sampler is all simplicity and elegance. We love the soft golden tones contrasting with white on the raw linen background,, the two butterflies adding a touch of lightness.
In the center, the initials of the newlyweds and the date of the wedding ceremony feature in decorative font (backstitch alphabet and numbers supplied with the chart).
The embroidery, embellished with golden threads, is worked in full cross stitch and back stitch, with some French knots that can be substituted with golden seed beads.
