This design is simply crammed with mini spring patterns, 7 pages worth of them. The hardest part will be deciding which ones to cross stitch!
All spring flowers are featured: crocuses, snowdrops, forsythia, pansies, bluebells, daffodils, irises, primroses, bells, tulips and a hyacinth. They are featured either on their own, or in every other arrangement you can think of, in bouquets, pots, bowls, cups, flowerbeds and birdhouses....
The patterns are cheerful and colorful, with dominant yellow and orange contrasting with the blues and purples. The birds are not forgotten pecking or perched in the bird houses. The Easter theme is also present with a wrapped egg.
Some of our own favorites:
- the blue porcelain bowl with a bouquet of primroses
- the yellow cup, with red tulips, and filled with hearts
- the "flower portraits" ( with flower names), such as the dainty bluebell
Most patterns fit in a square about 30 x 30 points, about 2 inch wide. Several other formats are also available:
- vertical stripes
- horizontal borders that can be extended at will.
