Christmas, close to nature:

This cross stitch design by Lesley Teare is full of simplicity and natural charm. There is a single tiny touch of red, a bead for the nose of the reindeer, and the rest is only stitched in white on a natural linen fabric background.

The round wreath design can be framed in an embroidery hoop, as pictured. You can embellish it with a thin red satin ribbon. Refer to our tutorial for the double-bow embellishment on our stitcher resource and free tutorials page.

There are a couple of French knots in the design which can be substituted with pearl seed beads.
