Part of a delightful series of samplers depicting animals in seashore, riverside and countryside settings, the Seaside sampler features birds seen on the British coast including puffins, seagulls, gannets, cormorants and turnstones foraging among the sparse vegetation of the beach. You can almost feel the wind and hear the cries of the seagulls. There is a lovely harmony of greys, white and black against the natural fabric background.

Includes a couple of fractional stitches for detail. A tutorial is included with the chart for all stitches.
