Polar Bear Alphabet
CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Lesley Teare Designs

A cheerful and Christmassy Alphabet that can be crossed stitched as it is for maximum effect - or used for making delightful little Christmas gift tags with initials for each one. It can also be arranged so its letters form words (think Christmas Welcome banner for instance, or the letters XMAS designed as individual magnets for the fridge).

There are two additional motifs with space for a tiny message, currently "Merry Xmas" and "For you" (see base of alphabet), but you could use that space to sign your initials, add a date, anything you fancy.

 The design entails a couple of quarter stitches for detail. The chart comes with an extensive Cross stitch Guide detailing all stitches including those fractional stitches.
