CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Lesley Teare Designs

This large Christmas sampler, with smaller motifs set in little boxes, is both extremely decorative and extra fun to stitch ahead of Christmas, as you can complete each part at a time.

The motifs created by Lesley Teare are extra cute and sweet, with a harmony of pink and green that gives a refreshing look. Each single motif is so special, it could be stitched for its own sake - reused for Christmas cards for instance. Designs include Santa, reindeer, birds, polar bear and penguin, Christmas tree and wreath, candles, stockings, baubles, a bell and many messages of Peace and Joy.

The pattern is stitched on a white background, and includes fractional stitches for some details, such as the tiny red robins perched here and there. Frech knots are used for embellishing the stitching and could easily be replaced by seed beads. A green frame sourrounds all the motifs and we would recommend to stitch this first so you can fill in motifs one at a time.

The cross stitch pattern includes a couple of fractional stitches for detail. A tutorial is included with the chart for all stitches.
