Designed by Lesley Teare, this cross stitch pattern features 2 angels, their faces tenderly turned towards Baby Jesus in the center.

The triptych layout is quite unique, with each character depicted in an arched window  in the style of church stained glass. The windows are framed by a dark sky filled with golden stars. Lambs and doves, featured at the base in small panels, seem to be escaping from their frames, rendering the design more lively. 

The cross stitch piece is richly adorned with golden threads in two contrasting tones, a darker gold (stars, light) and a white gold (wings of the angels). French knots worked in metallic gold can be substituted with golden seed beads.

 The chart includes some fractional stitches for extra detail and finer lines. It comes with an extensive Cross stitch Guide detailing all stitches .
