CROSS STITCH PATTERN READY TO DOWNLOAD, DESIGNED BY Kateryna - Stitchy Princess

The Rabbit family are celebrating Easter and, while the little ones look on, Mother Rabbit is steping out of the house carefully carrying a tray. Meanwhile a hen and chicks are pecking in the yard, undisturbed, while one broody hen keeps hatching her eggs.

What does the tray contain? A chocolate egg wrapped in white with a red bow and a basket. Our guess is the chocolate egg will be traded in exchange for some fresh eggs!

As with all the cross stitch patterns by Kateryna, the composition of the design is key. The rabbit's house is egg shaped and decorated with cheerful Easter ornaments. In the background, behind the wooden gates, the garden is filled with blooming spring flowers.

The pattern is stitched on almond green linen fabric. Natural raw linen, or beige or grey fabric would also be suitable as long as there is enough contrast for the white to stand out.
