Here's Once upon a Rose Heart, designed by Faby Reilly, a cross stitch design featuring a heart shaped wreath of roses.

 

The roses are beautifully rendered, some in buds, and some in full bloom with outer petals wide open and revealing the densily packed hearts of the flowers.

 

The pattern is stitched in eight hues of prink and green embroidery floss. There are some beaded highlights such as the tiny heart hanging in the center. Sequined eyelets are dotted here and there adding a romantic touch.

 

This decorative piece will look great in any classic interior. It also makes a fine heirloom piece for a wedding.
