Thebookmark project also comes with a companion, a little fob, like a tiny purse into which you can slip a key or a couple of coins.

The design mostly involves cross stitch and backstitch, with some decorative eyelet stitches. The arabesque in the background is worked in a DMC Variations floss.

Faby Reilly puts a lot of emphasis on the finishing of her needlework. The cross stitch chart comes with two very comprehensive tutorials, one for the bookmark, the other for the fob, in order to achieve perfect finishes, as well a a guide for all specialty stitches.
