Another Sugar Plum Fairy, stitched on natural linen
We have also just received some photos of another dancing Sugar Plum by Shannon Christine. She was stitched on natural raw linen which emphasizes the snowflakes in the background. The color schemes and rendering of her skin, ballerina outfit and gold jewelry are exquisite.

Winter Feathers

More whimsical stitching with Barbara Ana Here's the first of Barbara Ana's new cross stitch designs for the fall. Barbara Ana inhabits a special world of her own and those of you familiar with her work will regognize some of her favorite features. Central to this design is an exquisite pair of scissors, but as you take a closer look, you will discover many more extraordinary characters and contrasting details. Zoom in further and you will get a glimpse of possibly the tiniest pair of scissors designed in cross stitch! Can you see them (there are several, you need to look real close)?
