These patterns are authentic reproductions of antique samplers, recharted in cross stitch with the authors carefully reproducing any extra "errors" that give these samplers their charm. If the chart has been adapted, this is indicated in the pattern description.
Whenever possible, charts include a picture of the original work and extra contextual information about the source, history and characteristics of the stitched sampler.
