Gerbera
EMBROIDERY PATTERN
This embroidery pattern is an exquisite embroidery design, depicting each single petal and detail of the heart of the gerbera flower with an almost 3 dimensional feel. The petals are based in a combination of Short & long stitch with Stem stitch outlines whereas the heart of the flower is Satin stitch surrounded by a crown of French knots.
The design includes detailed explanations and close-up photos of the embroidery showing the various stitches. The motif itself comes on a letter size page. You will need to transfer the design onto the fabric of your choice using either carbon transfer paper, a transfer paper or tracing paper.
This pattern is only for the expert stitcher. The stitched effect is stunning, well worth the effort.
