Wholesale Orders

Chart packs:

Patterns published for wholesale are professionally printed on extra-smooth thick quality paper (120gsm) and packaged in clear plastic sleeves.

Wholesale accounts:

To qualify for wholesale pricing you must have a retail shop and/or website. 

Please email us your Business details so that we can open a Wholesale account for you. Opening an account gives you full access to the Wholesale Home page and pricing. 

Business details vary from country to country but must include a proof of registration:

- Company and business registration (ie: business license or retail tax id/certificate)

- Store(s) and/or website where patterns will be distributed.

- Your contact details

Orders:

Once you have opened your Wholesale account you will be able to place your order either:

• in the Wholesale section of Creative Poppy's  website: www.creativepoppy.com/wholesale

Wholesale Pricing:

For wholesale pricing to display, please Login to your Wholesale account.

The prices shown are retail prices in U.S. dollars by default. You can also select an other currency (top right of website).
 

Tax: VAT applies to orders delivered within the European Union. No tax applies for deliveries outside the EU.
 

Payment:

Payment is via Paypal. After placing an order you will receive a Payment request via Paypal as well as an email with the detail of your order. Please provide us with the email address associated with your Paypal account so we can send you the payment request.
 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:

We ship worldwide. Most international orders can be shipped in 24 hours.

Packages are sent by Airmail, First class, from the UK. Orders sent by Airmail will usually be delivered to you in 5 to 10 working days.

Optional:

- Upon request, we can send by Surface mail (ground and sea). Expect about 50% cost of Airmail, delivery time 15 to 30 working days.

- If you require your package to be signed for, please request a special “International signed for” delivery to be added to your order (extra charge).

Airmail Shipping rates:

• A minimum charge of $6.90 applies for Shipping
• Shipping charges apply at cost ($6.90 to $20 depending on weight)
• Fixed rate of $20 for any orders above $135

Shipping rates will be applied to your cart at Step 3 of checkout (Payment & Delivery stage). If ordering by email, shipping charges will be quoted with the detail of your order.

Use of pictures

Pictures of all patterns are protected by copyright.

Upon request we can give you permission to use these pictures in certain conditions for your online business and provided the pictures displayed include copyright credits.
