What do I get when I order a pattern from Creative Poppy?
A pattern consists of several pages (usually 5 to 8) with a cover page, a photograph of the stitched design (or rendering), a black & white or color chart (as specified in the product description) and instructions. The pattern is delivered as a .pdf file that you will be able to print out at home. Files are formatted to be printed on standard letter size/A4 printing paper.

How do I get my pattern?

Once payment has been processed, you will get a confirmation email and you will be able to download your files.

Privacy:

We DO NOT share your personal information with anyone.

When opening a Creative Poppy account, you provide a valid email address, an invoice address and a phone number. 

Secure payment:

All our payments are handled by secure encrypted servers. We do not have access to your credit card information. You are directed to a secure server as you will be able to see in the address bar (see below) showing a green padlock and an https address where s stands for Secure encrypted connection:

 

	Via Paypal: You can pay either by credit card or using your Paypal account. In both cases payments are handled directly by Paypal which has rigourous anti-fraud procedures in place, including personal data encryption.  Note: You don't need a Paypal account to pay by credit card via Paypal.  On the Paypal page, simply select "Pay with your credit card as a PayPal guest".
	By credit/debit card via Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure: Payments are handled by our bank and then directed to Visa/Mastercard for authentification. You may be requested to enter your "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercard Secure" code. This code is attributed by your bank specifically for protecting your transactions during internet shopping. Do not confuse this code with your pin number.

 

Pricing and Value added tax:

Value added tax is applied to all orders made by EU residents.

Whichever currency is selected for the transaction, prices displayed on Creative Poppy’s website DO NOT INCLUDE European Value added tax. VAT will be applied to all residents of the European Union, based on the address in your account. If this is the case, VAT will be automatically added to your bill during checkout, before you confirm your order.

For any resident of the EU, French sales tax of 19.6% applies. This is because the products are electronic, therefore classified as software. Since the delivery servers are based in France, the products are taxed at the point of delivery.

Shipment:

There is NO shipment fee. Patterns are delivered by download.
 

Currency:

You can place your order in the currency of your choice. You can switch currency at any time by selecting another currency in the top right hand corner (“My Creative Poppy” section). Transactions are carried out in the currency  that is displayed when placing the order. That exact amount, in that currency, will be charged to you credit card or your Paypal account. Note: Prices are fixed in each of these currencies. Because currency rates fluctuate from day to day, there might be a slight difference between prices.

Promotions:

If you have been offered a promotion, you need to enter the letters and numbers of your promotion code during checkout. The rebate will automatically be applied to your statement before you place your order, provided you meet the requirements (first time visitor / date of validity / Minimum purchase, etc.)
